I am so lost when it comes to introducing this raspberry smoothie to you.

I want to say, its a super-food healthy recipe. Raspberry has ketones which break down fat. I know it makes you wonder “From when did breaking down fat cells get so easy?!!!” Banana supposedly helps you overcome depression. Imagine how amazing your Monday mornings would be with the banana making you happy and raspberry making you less guilty about the rich foods you devoured over the weekend!

I want to say, this smoothie is so refreshing with a perfect blend of sour and sweet and energy that it is the perfect snack before your evening workout session.

I want to say “Here is a smoothie you don want to miss because you don’t feel like having a smoothie in the winter. Grab any opportunity you get, a warm fall day and gulp this yummy drink before it gets too cold”.

I told you. I am so lost about how I want to introduce this to you. May be that’s exactly what I wanted to say. All of what I said above 🙂

Raspberry Smoothie recipe:

RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2

RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 medium sized banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar (To counter the sourness of raspberries)

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients on low speed.
  2. Serve chilled

My Take:

Add the milk along with the fruits and blend. Blending banana without milk tends to make the smoothie sticky.
